A 1987 Mori Seiki lathe's chuck guard was shattered and the OEM had discontinued the part. Nexaris reverse-engineered the guard from photos and fragments, improved the design with integrated mounting tabs, and produced a carbon fiber reinforced replacement. Tolerance: ±0.15mm.
A critical hydraulic line bracket on a 1972 John Deere 4020 tractor had cracked from metal fatigue. The casting was no longer available. Nexaris 3D scanned the broken bracket, redesigned it with thicker load-bearing walls and gusset reinforcements, and printed it in UV-stable ASA for outdoor durability.
